Lawrence has a broad spectrum of experience in business litigation and transactional legal matters, including corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax analysis, intellectual property, regulatory and government affairs, and other emergent technology issues. He graduated with his J.D. and LLM in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He also holds a Certificate in Business Law from the same institution. Before law school, Lawrence received two bachelor’s degrees from Emory University in Economics and International Studies. As a technology enthusiast, Lawrence is passionate about the potential of blockchain to create greater trust and security in a diverse array of applications, and he brings his passion and diverse legal experience to AXEL.
